L'anello del Pescatore, il libro premunitore.

 E' arrivato nelle librerie il nuovo romanzo dell'Avvocato e Scrittore, Francesco Saverio Torrese: "L'anello del pescatore" edito dalla Graus di Napoli.

Il romanzo, incentrato sulla storia di Papa Francesco I, personaggio scaturito dalla penna dello scrittore, affronta il tema delle caste all'interno del Vaticano.

La Chiesa è in subbuglio: un lungo Conclave per eleggere il Ponte-fice, come artefice di nuovi ponti in l'umanità , come si è definito il nuovo Papa, Francesco I, e come è stato predetto dallo stesso Torrese, prima della nomina in Vaticano.

Il nuovo Ponte-fice come ha preannunciato, svolgerà il proprio ufficio, portando il messaggio evangelico della Chiesa tra la gente per ricondurlo alle radici della sua vera essenza.

Il romanzo racconta i contrasti con i gruppi di potere, la torre d'avorio in cui si combattono l'ala conservatrice e quella liberale, i segreti, le manovre, i misteri e al centro il giovane Pietro Faleri, Papa Francesco I, intenzionato a realizzare in pieno il mandato di Cristo, senza mediazioni.

Il ritratto che viene fuori della Chiesa nel romanzo 'è di un blocco monolitico, difficile da erodere. Dove è faticoso realizzare il progetto ecumenico di Pietro, perchè anche operare per il bene diventa gravoso, se si deve combattere contro i poteri forti. L'Anello del pescatore è anche la vicenda di un uomo che si misura con la storia'.
